    Default Hog, coyote, armadillo bill

Says you can hunt at night year round with all night vision aides.

Penalties for shooting something you shouldn't are real real bad.

It passed the senate and will be voted on tomorrow on house floor.

    Any restriction on weapon?

Those fines aren't steep enough. $500 for the first offense isn't shit, change it to minimum of $1000.

Thermals and night vision are amazing things. A guy I hunted with in Texas uses it to hunt hogs and Nilgai.

You need to put in an amendment that OOS hunters have to purchase some sort of tag to participate.

I don't see how this is any different that what is already in place? You already have to enroll your private property in this program and I believe call DNR to let them know you will be hunting at night on your property.

Horrible law. I hunt at night with dogs all year. All I need now is some idiot shooting my 5,000k Hog dog thinking it was a pig. A game warden was killed in Georgia recently by a night hunter. I don't trust y'all with guns during the day much less at night.

Hell no, I have permission wherever I go or I take short range dogs. I don't feel comfortable walking on my own property during deer season without orange for fear of who I don't know is out there. Same rule now applies at night apparently.

Just passed on the house floor with two minute explanation. 103/0

BTW, it also eliminated hunting from a paved road.

I'm glad to see the property has to be registered in advance. That's one thing I was concerned about.

    Are you in a club?

    Do you share public roads?

    IS there not a gate?
