    Most likely an Eastern, seeing how it resembles an Osceola's barring. Since you're asking and thinking we'd jump at the long legged bird answer. I've killed alot of easterns with very dark barring, some darker than that in the pic.

    Looks like a turkey. I'll guess eastern.

    The first rio I ever killed had darker barring than that.

    I have seen a handful of birds like this come from this giant track of public land. I killed one myself years ago with wings like this and weighed 12lbs. Pretty bird Gut.
