I wonder if that is actually the case...? I would be interested to know the breakdown of in-state students versus OOS and international? Also, how many are staying in SC after graduation? Nothing like our tax dollars educating a growing portion of the nation's guido population.
Edit, I found one site that said 31% of student population is OOS, don't know the merit of the site though. Also don't know if this includes international students. Found a Clemson publication that 7% of students are international. So SC residents make up 62% of the student population based on those stats.
