WillK was definitely making his rounds today, dropping off tuna loins like Santa Clause.

When people ask me,"what's your favorite thing cook?" My answer is always fish, as it is the most versatile of proteins. Nothing is quite as pure as fresh fish. Nice dish. Also, I have grown to love that little utility knife that came in that block of Henkels. I could stand for it to be a little more substantial bulk and weight-wise but all in all I like it.

    Ha, naw.

Thanks, I love messing with fish. The thing about good tuna is that'd I feel guilty doing too much too it. I used to, but I just don't fish much offshore these days. Years ago when I did...Yellowfin just didn't seem that rare. The thing about life though is that I can't seem to find enough time. Too many hobbies, family growing older, life is grand.

I do like that knife, agree it's light, but I grab it a bunch.

Soon, the wife and I were up at the lake yesterday and I picked up a mess of rods. I like bream this time of year, I love them really. Like anytime, but cooler water to me is the best. Bream during the bloom just are a little different.
