Ok- this is what we did and the pintails were spectacular. Widgeon was fair, but good.
Oven @ 425 degree
Bed of collards, carrots, apples, and onions salt and peppered and liberal amount of olive oil. Xstuff ducks with orange and garlic. Salt-and-pepper, garlic salt, dash of cinnamon on skin.
45 mins. Remove duck and wrap - broil high five mins to finish the vegetables.
Will do this again - need more pintails
