Gloss, Matte, or Lustre?

I'm going to be ordering a few prints to frame. The prints will be b&w, ordering options are in gloss, matte, or lustre.

After reading a few articles on the net, I was thinking gloss would bring out more colors but also would shine under a light.

Any ideas on what will show up the best under glass?

I think it's more personal preference. If it's any consolation I prefer gloss.
