    Here is a little truth nugget...It is better to look like you have great numbers than look like crap and have great numbers. brah
    and body fat at 10%, I wouldn't worry about a number.

    225 is your power clean or squat clean?

    225 is power. Squat is 215. Bassackwards I know but that's where I'm weak is in the squat.

    Honestly since I've been able to train more and get back on track I haven't maxed on either in a while.

    We're on the 3rd week of a clean/jerk cycle now so I'll be seeing what that number is here in a few weeks.

    Yesterday was a cycle of 1 pwr clean/1 hang sq clean/1 full clean/1 jerk E2MOM x 6 @ 160 lbs (70% of 1RM of 230).
