1lb Mild Italian sausage (removed from casing or find in bulk)
1 red, yellow, and orange bell pepper (Julienned)
1 medium onion (cut in half and sliced)
1 28oz Can of diced tomatoes (drained)
    2-3 Zucchini cut into coins
    minced garlic
    S&P
    Couple Bay leaf.
    Dried Basil and some Thyme
Enough Chicken Stock to cover everything above and cook the pasta
    3-4 cups of dried Tortellini

Brown sausage. saute veggies. Add garlic. Add herbs. Add stock and tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Add Zucchini and simmer for a little while before adding the pasta. Toss in pasta and cook till tender. I like mine with some shredded parm and crusty bread. Let it simmer for a little while before adding the pasta.

Crab Stew-can of real crab meat, pound of fake. Two sticks real butter, quart of fat free 1/2 1/2, two cans cream of celery, two cans of cream of potato, plenty of Ol Bay, top of with whole milk.

Mascarpone is an Italian cream cheese coagulated by the addition of certain acidic substances such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or acetic acid. It is recognized as a Prodotto agroalimentare tradizionale.

Spellcheck shows the last three words misspelled. I tend to agree.

I guess the cast iron question was for me. It's in the center of the first pic..on the range, and it's ceramic coated in green..
