    Default Deer hash

    Does anyone have a good hash recipe they are willing to share??? I ha e seen a few but wanted to see what was out there before I proceed. Thanks for the help fellas!!

    Boil deer up till done. Chop real fine with knife or grind up. Throw water away and replace with chicken broth. Cut up onion. Throw in onion and meat and cook. Add mustard , vinegar, salt, pepper, and butter. Little worcheshire too.

    I always say don't fuck up a good butt in deer hash or sausage. Make pork hash.
