    Okay I'll try and keep it short. I've been hunting on public land for a few years with no success so this year I joined a club down near Elberton GA. Deer were really moving this morning and this wasn't the biggest I saw only the one I got a shot at. Small 8 pt. It took me a while to stop shaking. The 30-06 knocked him off his feet. Popped my cherry as my buddies said. LOL

    I got one question though.... Why is that deer on a tarp in the bed of a pickup truck???

    From the shade, I'm guessing he has a camper shell. Its a pain in the ass to spray out the bed of a truck with a camper shell.
