Default sunday Nov 6 eight point

No monster..I've never shot a buck on this property, but just really enjoy sitting on this ridge. It's covered with white oak acorns this year. I had only been in the stand 15 minutes when I heard him directly behind me, making scrapes @3:45. My older climber faces the tree, so I had to stand up, turn around, and freehand a 100 yard shot... He changed his direction and was acting kind of nervous. Rushed a shot through a tree fork with only a few inches of gap. Got lucky! 8pts, 185lbs.Chesterfield Co
