I got my letter with the yearly harvest info last week. Been doing it for the past 6 years. Hopefully I can continue to participate.

I requested more envelopes halfway through the season and I never saw them.

I also haven't seen the report yet.

Last year was my first. And of course it was the worst season on record for me in a long time. They asked me to participate again though.

They'll keep you on for 3 years so you better up your killing average.

I just finished my 3 years commitment. If you travel and kill a good number of ducks and geese it's a lot of work.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

Well then the task should be a walk in the park for me at the rate I'm going.

I just got thrown out after my 3rd year.

I always clean my birds, gun and boat then put everything up before going inside after a duck hunt so sending wings in is just one more step that keeps me from getting in the house. But, I do like getting the report.

This coming season will be my 4th or 5th season of doing it. Nothing to it just remembering to do it

Anyone want a stack of these wing survey envelops....it's all prepaid postage.
If you've never done it....it's worth doing for a few years.

Don't submit for others - it messes up the data...

I was curious about that.....but whoever mails it still has to label the envelop with date/state/county of kill....what data is getting messed up?

The envelopes are barcoded to the hunter selected.

I did it a few years ago, ran out of envelopes and requested more but never got them. I enjoyed it but they haven't asked me back.

It’s hunter specific. Read the letter it say bird harvested by you
