Sat from 7:45-9:30
3 bucks from 1-3yrs old all with their nose to the ground.

They were moving here. 3 out of 5 killed. 160 lb 18" 6pt, 195lb 17" 8pt and a doe. All but one of us saw deer.

Saw a buck chasing about 10:15 when I was cutting across a field.

First time I have even had a chance to get in a stand this year. Saw 6. Had bucks fighting in a creek bottom sounding like they were about to kill each other but couldn't see them. Also saw 18 turkeys.

Pushed one off going into the stand. Shot a 180lb 7pt and had 3 does hang around from the time I shot to 1 hour after munching on white oak acorns. Heard about 7 shots from 8-9:30. Dad got a smaller 8 as well.

Saw our biggest deer on the property dogging a doe at 80 yds. Wish I had the rifle, instead of the bow.
