I'm sure plenty of you upstate hunters shot your muzzle loaders this weekend. Mine is shooting spitballs as usual. I can hit a paper plate at 100 yards but it's all over the place....CVA accura. 250 gr hit art sst with 100 gr white hots.

I spit bush light thru my nose when my buddy shot his the first time this afternoon. The gun sounded like a .22 and the bullet didn't even come out of the barrel.....good ole muzzle loaders!!!
Bush light...nasty!
Nahhh.....I used to drink Natural but it game me a headache. You regular beer drinkers will know what I'm talking about. I have tried about every kind of domestic beer out there and bush is the only one that doesn't give me one. I'm not talking about a hangover, I'm talking about a light headache that just comes on after drinking a few. What's nasty is all that craft beer shit. When I go out to eat and the waitress starts going over all "their beers" I cut her off very kindly with "baby, you can pour all that mess down the drain....I want a real beer with my supper, bud light, coors light, Miller light, a real beer."

Isn't it a "smoke pole"?

Throw the white hots in a fire and get you some Buckhorn 209, your group will go to centerfire size.
I fought my CVA optima .45 for two years. I tried Blackhorn 209 yesterday. 90 grains by volume was the magic number for my Hornady 200 grain sabot. The guy with me was shooting a T/C .50. He used 110 grains with a 250 grain Hornady sabot if that helps. I know of two people who get sub moa groups with Buckhorn powder In a CVA accura. I'll ask want they are using and send u a PM.

Muzzleloader season, how cute.
I wish I could breathe life back in him, if I could I'd hunt him again tomorrow. - Ben Rodgers Lee
