I have photos I took in Cancun of a double banded Brown Pelican. AVISE band and a green plastic band.
There is an active study on the Brown pelican....they are "endangered" or some such silly shit.
If it wasn't for all the witnesses I would have added another to the list, my wife was feeding it crackers from the dock at one point.
