    Default $99 Suppressor

Received this email today from the company that did my Gun Trust.\
The pics look decent for the money.

Meet the Rebel .22. only $99 (no kidding)

Howdy! I'm Eric Woodard, you might remember me as the owner of 199trust.com (the people who prepared your NFA Gun Trust.)

Well I've got some killer news for you and the community. For the last year we have been working our butts off to launch our new company Rebel Silencers. The day has arrived!

We're kicking it off with the Rebel .22. For $99 dollars you're getting a suppressor that competes and beats in sound reduction and serviceability.

Bottom line, just like we crushed lawyers charging outrageous prices for NFA Trusts, now we are gunning for suppressor manufacturers that have been charging far too much for far too long. Game on.

I've gotten two of those emails today.

For $50 you can upgrade the baffles to 17/4 stainless if you so choose.

By the time you add in the shipping, any options like engraving and/or a baffle upgrade, a lifetime warranty, and your Class III dealer fees, the price still appears to beat most of the ones I've looked at. But I'm certainly no expert on them, so I may well be missing something.

I was being sarcastic. I wouldn't bite that with Mergie's dentures.
