    Get fatty meat. I grab chuck, a handfull, and I give the clump enough attention as to wear it's not falling apart. Don't throw it back and forth , patting the shit out of it, getting all angry and shit. Just loose patties, throw it on the grill, and let it go. Let the bottom get a char so it won't tear up and stick when you twist or turn.
