There's 3 rivers within 20 minutes of my work. It makes it easy to hunt most mornings. Same goes for deer hunting, one of my properties is 5 minutes away and another is 15.

I dig a quick hunt before work. It's nice to have that flexibility.

Finally worked out this evening to shoot two out to the pup. Has consistently found squirrels for about 3-4wks now but wouldn’t bark on them. Finally started barking last week but I either couldn’t find the squirrel on the tree or it would get in a hole before I could shoot. It all came together this evening in the woods behind the house for a quick hunt. Jake was pissed he got left behind and I could hear him howling in the pen the entire time
