    My brother in law said he wanted to kill a deer this year. He’s never hunted. Took him earlier in the season and never saw anything, had a few doe bust us due to thermals. Took him this pm and he made a good shot. She ran about 60 yards up the mountain, then rolled back down into the old road bed 15 yards in front of us.

    Also, forgot to post. My son killed his first American big game animal a couple weeks ago, he’s killed a few animals between Argentina and Africa. He made a great shot, went around 40 yards and piled up in the creek.

    Last sit of the year since we’re going to shoot ducks after Christmas. 3pt walked out with about 15 min of legal light left. My son’s first buck, he shot and it didn’t move again until he picked up the head.
