with the summerducks and grits.. in the pan is just olive oil, searing the ducks.
the sauce, veggie stock, garlic, salt, pepper, sun dried tomatoes, a smidge of tomato paste, mushrooms -morels and porcinis is what I had on hand, heavy cream - after everything was incorporated properly, I brought it back up to level with the cream, and reduced that back down.
