    3rd one on this lot, yep. When my grandfather purchased the land up here there was a sharecroppers house. Then in the late 50s he built a stilt beach house style house. That one was taken down by a tornado in 83, then this one was built. Great room style just simple house, after I got finished building our recent house out here outside of town, I remodeled the lake house again.

    Hung around the house and cooked some food with the family. I have had enough BBQ, Bud Light and Homemade Peach Ice Cream to Vomit. Best weekend I've had in a long time.

    Nice Chess, our Chicago refugee buddy came by the lake house yesterday.. I saw you post, and I figured it was going to be a joke about me building anything... I mean, I've subbed out once house before, and I can do a lot of things, but I don't think I'd want to live in one I've done all by myself.. maybe a tiny house or something or a tent
