Default Destination BBQ's "Going Whole Hog" cookbook

I saw people raving about this book on a few websites and purchased one off ETSY for around $50. This is the nicest cookbook I have ever seen and it gives a good history of BBQ and recipes from a 100's of restaurants and employees from around the Southeast. It was compiled by James Roller from Sullivan's Island and is well worth the money. This thing is first class and I highly recommend it.

Just wait until you see the SCducks cookbook. Gonna blow that one out of the water.

The banana pudding recipe in the scducks cookbook is out of this world. Or so I've heard

You're saying there is another way? Who is keeping the waiting list for this book?

2th is managing the waiting list. Since it is Friday you will have to text or call him. If you don’t get him, just keep calling every few minutes.

Thanks, Rooster. The comments and emails have been more than kind. Lots of folks have also provided testimonials that I’ve shared on the site.
