    Default Turkey soup

I try and find new ways to cook wild turkey. If you have some methods you like please share.

This turned out really good. My son ate three bowls and he's a picky one.

    Cube up turkey breast
    Chop up onion, celery, carrots
    1 can cream of celery
    1 can cream of chicken
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup water

Mix it up in the crock pot

I cooked it on the four hour setting. Might try the eight hour next time. Maybe add some mushrooms. It was fantastic.

    This photo is before cooked.

Use picked leg meat next time. Save the breast for other dishes.

Looks good. I make a Brunswick stew out of the thighs and legs every year.
