Caught some dolphin on Saturday and had some fixins left over from fish tacos. I like fish and eggs for breakfast so I made a rendition of huevos rancheros and seared some of the thin pieces of dolphin off with it. Damn good.

about as important as antlers are to how a deer taste
with that said - there is something special about someone plating food that really knows what they are doing
and Wilk certainly does it well.

Depends. Like Highstrung has said before, "I like pretty food". But I'll get ugly on some slop that's white trash delicious too.
