...That's it, I've got to get my pups registration in and I"m having difficulties with the registered name. Am I putting too much thought into this or what? What general criteria or protocol is involved, if any? Suggestions?

Don't name him anyting associated with Spurrier, hopefully your dog will live longer than SoS at the coaches graveyard.
Sire: Five Star General Patton
Dam: Bell's Double Dutch Brownie
I call him "Bear", run with it, I'm stumped.
As far as spurrier goes...I haven't even bought him a Gamecock collar yet because I'm still not sure about this whole Spurrier thing. Shit, I spent years despising that guy and now he's leading the troops. I'm sure an ass whuppin of UT will cloud my memory tho'......
No, they are Ursa Major and Ursa Minor (big and little dipper) Orion is the hunter and most of what you can easily detect is the belt and sword...I thought about using Ursa Major, but if I use my last name his initials will be D.U.M. and if I use my son's first name then his initials will be B.U.M.
See what I'm up against?
Well, I'm sitting here working on a final project for school, so at this point I'm doing just about anything to keep from doing what I'm supposed to be doing....
But I am stumped man.... You could use your first name then it would be G.U.M.
Alright, let's just make it longer,
Tater's Last Name Double Star Ursa Major.
I need to get some work done!
Or I could pay homage to my home state and then it would be S.C.U.M.
How about Beaverdam Creek's Tator Tot. Call name Tot
An average hunt becomes great with a good dog
" They call me Tator salad"
