put a line clip on each cleat at the stern and run 2 lines short with the rods in the aft gunnel holders
run your longest line off the center holder of the T top
mount a rod holder on each side of the T top or the gunnel rails if you have 'em. point them outward and use your longest, stiffest rods for maximum spread and drop them back midways between the other 3 lines

you should be able to drag 5 baits and make your turns no problem.
