Orvis made a good one at one time. It was foldable and it had a little soft cooler under it. It had a back on it and sat up high so you could stand easily and fast. I got one for each of my groomsmen.

Although it doesn't fold up like your traditional dove stool, nor is it as cool as my dads 30 year old bucket. However, it's comfy, has a back rest, swivels nicely, and keeps beer cold.

Yeti, RTIC, and many other companies make an awesome dove stool. They are about 20qts in size and come in tan.

You know for the life of me, I can't think of who made the old stand I had when I was a kid. It was a pop up box, green, and it held maybe two boxes. The seat would pop up and swivel. I remember the smell, it was old rubber, metal, snd burnt powder.

I actually did use the gaffs for a couple seasons but I splurged for a lock on. It was good for getting in and out of the woods by my fat ass got scared of them.

Before I upgraded to the gaffs I just hooked my toenails in the tree bark and scooted on up

I like being able to swivel or at least turn decent. Storage isn't necessary, I like to take a small back pack or game vest with everything I need.

Keep your damn buckets to yourself, I need something with a back rest.

Thought about going with one of triangle shaped archery chairs, like people use in their bow blinds. But I'm gonna see what the peanut gallery has to say first.

    Fire away.
i red neck rigged a bass boat seat and made a platform for it and mad a foot rest and i fell asleep in that thing once or twice.
