Those boats aren't meant to be poled. They are meant for high horsepower motors and an open deck for fishing. A saltwater bass boat if you will.

I completely agree that's why I laugh at these 18+ ft boats with a poling platform on them. You can fish those boats a lot better without it.

Charleston isn't a poling area. This isn't Florida. Yea catching them in grass is super cool but it's no where near the most effective way to catch fish
