And it is hit and miss, but it was the only trip two of the guys could go on due to vacation and one of them's wife being pregnant. Sad thing is it cost me the same amount for being there 3 days as what it cost me out west for 8 days.
    Not True.
It depends on what county you are in. I bang them up pretty good every year, but I don't pick a date. I hunt when the conditions put the odds in my favor.

So they hunt over live decoys?

Wrecking Crew....I thought maybe they supported released ducks since they hunted feather horn. Dont they support SCWA also? The older guy comes across as a super nice guy! The kid comes across as a spoiled brat.

    Featherhorn isn't a release program.

Pretty positive feather horn lets mallards loose but who doesn't and when you do cross their path you will be hearing hailing duck calls in your head for weeks.

I was asking him. Yes they hunted teal on public. But only 2-3 times and all those times were with some boys you might know around the lower lake.

You know that annoying sound that goes on even when there is not a duck in sight. Guess that's the perks of being a competition caller.

I have heard the same thing from other people who have encountered them. But you have to blow hard when...

If you talk to him again, tell him:
    - bend his bill
    - level his truck
    - don't be so goofy

I think he's relatively a good kid.. Tell him more Nash Buckingham, less Chad Belding..

My bad!! No way he could be a spoiled brat. I am sure he buys all those trucks himself. Comp calling must rake in the loot.
