The blinds in the sounds are all permitted blinds. Those guys apply for permits on them and have to follow a strict guideline on them and must keep them in code. You're paying for that service when going with one of the guides.

And it is hit and miss, but it was the only trip two of the guys could go on due to vacation and one of them's wife being pregnant. Sad thing is it cost me the same amount for being there 3 days as what it cost me out west for 8 days.

Pretty positive feather horn lets mallards loose but who doesn't and when you do cross their path you will be hearing hailing duck calls in your head for weeks.
