We made 2 identical plates on a haas CNC. One is on my truck and this one the End mill broke finishing passes. We downloaded the icon and drip feed to the machine they took 8 hrs a piece to make.

8 hours to machine in aluminum? This is the reason i HATE mastercam. To long a program and to many useless passes. Looks good tho.

We got a hass 1600ec, haas mill with a 24 by 18 table, Mazak lathe and mill, youji 800,1200 and 2500 with live tooling. 3wire machines ,johnford gantry mill. Look us up at continental field systems
