    Default Quail

I fried some up on New Years day, and man were they good. I always save all the grease when I fry bacon, and decided to fry them up in that. You know what they say, bacon makes everything better. Just goes to say that frying in bacon grease will make things better also. Probably should wait a few days before I have my cholesterol checked. I had a pot of collards and some hoppin johns to go with them. Just might have me a new New Years tradition.

They were very good. Next time I'm up around Manchester Farms, I am going to have to get more.

I'm with duck cutter on this, but if you are giving them away. How many do you have? Our church is doing a wild game supper in March, and we would gladly take them if we can work out logistics.

Fuzzy, we, the family, seem to go to Bowman on a somewhat regular basis. Work out the logistics somehow for me to get them. I go to Irmo at least once a week business, less if I can help it.

If they are wrapped up real well, I have a restaurant client up there where they can be put in a freezer and I can get them.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
