I can get the bfg's delivered to my door for $731 tax and all, but I've never ordered tires on line, and wouldn't know what to do if I got a bad one or had a problem. Local tire guy quoted $975 for bfgs and $775 for toyos (285/75-16).

$775 for tires only, no install?

That's for everything, mounting, balancing, valve stems.

That seems like a decent number. I would check with Kevin first if possible just as steelin Ducks just mentioned

    I have 75k on a set of 35 1250 R20s and will likely touch a 100k , Ford F150 4 door.

I have never been stuck, stay in the mud, 1000k a week on the highway medium road noise.

Should have changed my ball joints sooner and the noise wouldn't be there as I let them get unlevel across the tread so they sing a bit now.

No other tire for me at this point.

Same for me. Always get at least 75k per set.

I have had both brands and I like both brands. I running Toyo now and they seem to pull well and they are pretty quiet as well.
