Clusters for us. Wife likes the sauce I make. I'm ok without it. It's chili sauce fresh horseradish and squeeze half a lemon. Make it pink. I prefer a little curl and a lot of juice. Almost where they drip so to speak. I do not like any that come from the west. Tried two varieties that supposedly came from the Pacific Northwest. Not good. I'll stick to local

Clusters are the best. I don't mind working for oysters. I'll personally eat a half bushel. Maybe more. I like em when they're just opening up and juicy. I don't bother with crackers and hot sauce and all that other bullshit. I don't have time for that filler ritual garbage. Draft beer is best. So is a good towel and oyster knife - the blue handled ones are pretty good. You should stand at least three feet away from me for your own safety.

I'll second (or third) clusters from the May River.
along with the metal plate over a hot fire with a soaked burlap sack on top.

I can taste the salt right now.

Don't forget to eat the crabs....they are good luck.

I had one. Will probably have another after duck season. Will schedule it where Fish and L see B can make it and only serve clusters.
