    That's cool.

    The oldest duck was banded canvasback that lived 29 years and 6 months. There's been a banded mallard and black duck that were both 26 yrs old. Canada Goose record is 30 years and 4 months.

    Some parrots like the African Grey can live up to 80 years. Those things get handed down in people's wills. Talk about a long term pet.
