Replace any factory/stock strings and cables with quality/custom strings and cables. The peep is not where it started because the string is stretching. Lots of ways to remedy the peep alignment part, but string stretching=draw length changing, timing going to hell in a handbasket, and speed and accuracy taking a hit. Get a quality set and take care of them and you'll never have your peep off again...and you'll shoot your better performing bow better for longer.
