    Default Knife

What would be a nice high end working knife. Something to be used, not a decoration piece?

Nitro has a guy in GA. He makes bad ass light sabers
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands

Wife gave me the Case XX Hunter when we got married. Beautiful, functional knife.

This. I have an Endura I carry everyday and you'll cut your face off if you aren't careful.

Benchmade, Columbia River, and Cold Steel all have nice hunting knives that are ideal for everyday carry as well.

I also recommend Ontario for a lower priced but high quality. Newer to the pocket knife, but good steel. I picked up he RAT 1 and RAT 2 last year and both can go through a hog and still very sharp.

High end to me means CUSTOM. There are lots of options.

Scott Davidson makes the light sabers a few of us use. Great quality, affordable knives.

Fixed blades, look at Bark River.

For a folder, best I've found for a reasonable price is the Spyderco Para-Military 2

And if you want to step it up on a folder, go for the Chris Reeve Sebenza

I have one and have given several as gifts. Always well appreciated. Beautiful too.

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.
