    Default Surfboard repair?

I picked this board up at a garage sale for 10 bucks for my 6 year old to surf on. Don't want him dinging my board up. Where is the closest place to Columbia to get it fixed? Needs some glass work. Or can it even be repaired?

I hope so. That cut looks deep into the board.

of course it can be repaired, but at what cost?

Did the glass peel off the foam? If so, how far down. Or was it a clean break?

Popsickle sticks are your friend. The stringer has to be strengthened.

You may be better served burning that one to appease the surf gods.

The cut isn't in the foam just the fiberglass peeled off. The stringer isn't even damaged.

if the foam is good and not water logged, get you some cloth, resin, hardner and get after it. May not be as pretty as if I was doing it but it will seal it and make it solid. sand your work down and keep building it up as needed. You can buy coloring for the resin too. When done, just glue a traction pad on top.

    Call Kelly at Village.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I think there's some places around Oak Island that know how to repair boards.

if you dont really care how it looks you can do it yourself. I bought a fiberglass/resin repair kit in high school and repaired one. Or use one of the guys listed above

I think Surf the Earth in PI can do it. I got a neighbor that runs a surf school here, I can ask him for you.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
