    Yeah my knowledge is about the same, the reason I use whey is how quickly it is absorbed and used compared to other forms. And the soy thing has me worried. My office may just have to deal with it.

    Honestly lay off the shakes and eat chicken and tuna. I can tell a difference when I eat right as apposed to "cheating" with shakes. You will see a difference. My favorite thing to do is to smoke chicken breasts on Sunday. And make tuna salad to last me through the week. I divide up all my meats and vvegetables in individual servings in Tupperware. It makes it easy. I think there is a place for a shake, but if you work in an office eating right should be easy.
