Honestly lay off the shakes and eat chicken and tuna. I can tell a difference when I eat right as apposed to "cheating" with shakes. You will see a difference. My favorite thing to do is to smoke chicken breasts on Sunday. And make tuna salad to last me through the week. I divide up all my meats and vvegetables in individual servings in Tupperware. It makes it easy. I think there is a place for a shake, but if you work in an office eating right should be easy.
