    Default Lab pup training

What do you expect of your pup at 6 months? Mine is sitting, getting reliable at stay, walks well at heel. Come is still a work in process. Loves to retrieve, but I limit those to 5 or 6 a session. Any feedback?

Send that little rascal to Bay Creek kennels and then you will know his full potential.

sit, stay, place. pretty important to socialize around other dogs and people, as often as possible.

At 6mos they should be digging in your garden and running out the front door every time you open it.

sounds good....may want to to add kennel and/or place commands ? ..take the pup to tractor supply/homedepot and any other place you can to socialize and proof the OB...intro to birds (pigeons maybe on check cord, water, other dogs, people boats, decoys, whistle sit/here etc etc as well). I have a 5 month old...she KINDA knows here, sit, kennel, place heel...we are doing an OB class now in Ftn Inn with Connie Cleveland...hopefully start CC-FF soon june-july
