How much do yall think I can get for a 870 Express Magnum? It is brand new with a wooden stock. I won it at the NWTF Banquet in Lexington on Thursday night. I already have one and don't need another. I was hoping at least $200.00.

If I remeber correctly from a couple of years ago when I was pricing them, a new one was about $379. Just something for you to compare.

Sell it to Adolph, he is looking for a gun under $500.

FWIW, Bass Pro has been selling them for $249; then, you get a $25 rebate from Bass Pro and a $25 rebate from Remington. So, you essentially get the gun for $199.

However, I'd say anything under $299 is fair. Heck, you say you have one, why not change the other into a "home defense" gun?

    870 Magnum is a 2 3/4 to 3 inch gun, they sell for around $225.00 to $250.00.
A 870 Super Magnum which shoots 2 3/4 to 3 1/2 inch is around $379.00 camo, wood is cheaper.

Did it come with all three choke tubes? Sometimes when they raffle those guns off, they only include one. My father won a Beretta semiauto a few years back and it only came with the full choke. This will affect the price you can ask also. If you have trouble selling it, I could help you out and give you $100.00 for it.
