Is a light on? Unplug the icp sensor and go for a test ride. Once the icp is unplugged it will default to 1000 lbs. also check and see if the icp sensor has oil in top of the plug

No light. No codes. Only does it when tank gets low. Got better when I filled up with fuel. Happened again 100 miles after fill up. Will start back running fine if I crank it up and restart it. Does ok driving around locally. But driving around locally my fuel normally doesn't get low. Only on trips.

I had one kick my ass. Then we figured out it only done it below 1/4 tank. Pulled tank and what a mess.

I will call you tomorrow with the tank info. I pay about 580.00 for Them. I have done all 16 of my ford's in the last 5 years. You will not believe what the inside of the tanks looked like. This new fuel sucks!

Now the hard part has become finding a tank that will work with my truck. This tank has 8 bolts most I've found have 6. And apparently you can't just buy the sending unit to put with it.

Can u put an auxiliary tank to feed the main tank? Might be easier if u have the space.

If the truck already has a plastic tank in it, can you clean the tank?
