I use it all the time. Probably the best nav app there is for drivers.

I used it recently on a trip to San Jose. Apparently, there are a lot of other users there because the updates and hazards were very timely and accurate. If it said there was a car on the shoulder ahead, there was a car on the shoulder.

yes I use it when I'm driving 100 mph
