We stir fry in olive oil with greek seasoning and onions and serve in hoagie rolls with provolone for Venison Cheese Steaks.
Honey...I'll do it after the season is over.

I'm gonna do it in the crockpot with low-fat cream of mushroom soup. I'll add onions and serve over brown rice. Should end up decent.

I appreciate the ideas. I have an ass of this stuff, so I may try the grill method, too.

Cover in mustard/Red Wine, douse in Self Rising Flour........................FRY...........if you need to ask how to cook venison cube steak your man card should be revoked and hands broken, first offense, if you have to ask again then you will get shanked with a potato peeler......the dull one.

we fry the piss out of it. mustard fried and country style w gravy.

when I'm looking for other ways to use it, we've done the philly cheese idea and have sliced it and made a true chinese-type stir fry.

does that make me a racist?

Let it sit in some Dale's and olive oil for just a bit and grill it. My favorite way to eat it.

Take a pack of lipton beefy onion soup mix and mix it with a can of cream of chicken and put them in the oven with some sliced onions on top. Its my favorite way other than fried. Fried is the best

I think they make a low sodium Dale's. I have used it sparingly on some stuff.

Over the counter marinades I have used:

    Adolph's
    Eye-talian salad dressing
    Buttermilk (more of a soak)

There is a killer marinade I used to have the recipe for - if you remember the Jamaican Sirloin they used to have at Hops. I found that recipe once. Need to dig it up. It's like a 2-3 day marinade, probably better for beef, but I bet it would rock for ducks. A lot of pineapple juice, I think some OJ as well. And ginger (or was it Mary Anne?)

Almost got it whipped. I fall asleep pretty early now, I just wake up 2-3 times in the middle of the night.
