Don't feel like reading through all of this but if it hasn't been mentioned.

    Pound super flat

Marinade in Worcestershire and olive oil

Roll two pepperoncini stems out all the way up.

    Wrap in bacon

    Skewer with toothpick

Slap on a hot grill for a minute no more and enjoy.

    My favorite for cube

Cut em i took that recipe a step further after you told me about it and it is now everyones favorite all our friends ask for it anytime we are having people over.
1cup worchestire sauce "low sodium one"
    3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    Webbers chicago steak seasoning
    Garlic salt and garlic pepper
    Cayenne pepper
    Paprika

Mix all is a mixing bowl and then marinate the meat in a zip lock bag for 12-24 hours.
Insert pepperonci peppers stem end out and roll up with bacon and a toothpick. Slap it on the grill about as hot as you can get it and keep rolling it.
I also use this on tenderloin and have done it in steak as well.

I kinda messed up in prep because I was rushing. I piled in about 12-15 steaks. I took 3 cans of 98% FF cream of mushroom. I then topped with 3 cut up onions. I then added milk and pepper.

I turned it on, and then realized I should have layered everything in. Oh well...

After 3.5 hours of "high", I tasted it and it wasn't so good. Very gamey. I then added some salt and Franks and turned it to low and let it go overnight.

This morning, it's pretty decent. Colt liked it, so I guess I cannot complain.

if your cubed steak is "gamey" when its been in a crockpot on high for 3.5 hours covered in goop and pepper....you need to handle the venison better from the moment it was shot.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

It was actually pretty good. Looks like it's been eaten already, but it'll make a turd, and it's not too bad for me.

I lost ~40# a while back, and I've found about 12-15 since June. A week in Punta Cana started the downward spiral. Then the "beerpalooza" that I embarked on in Asheville didn't help any, either.

It's been salads mostly for a week. I needed something else to shake things up a bit. Down ~5# in 10 days.

I did great for a year and a half or so. Time to get back on my game.

I didn't shoot it; a buddy dropped it off for me and I picked it up. I'll consider that, though.

I'm seriously thinking about banning Nitro's boy GutPile for even mentioning ISUCKITALIAN dressing. That shit has ruint more meat than Carter has liver pills.

i make fun of people that make fun of italian dressing but think adding spices to oil and vinegar as a marinade is perfectly acceptable.

Good stuff. Yea we don't get that precise just a lil of this lil of that in the marinade can do different stuff but the peppers make it.

I just took one to the processor and told them all cubed and hot sausage.
