I think it's either one or the other. Viper is for outboards, triple chine was made for the mud motors.

Yeah they call the viper F4's a "viper reverse chine" that is standard on all duck boats then the trip chine is on the shallow water boats. So yessir I believe u were correct although looking at the ass end of mine it doesn't look like the viper hull on their website but it says viper on the side of it.
