A friend of mine from DC is coming down to compete in the Spartan Super this weekend with me at Carolina Adventure World.

Is anyone else competing? The Beast is the day before and at the time of registration I thought it was a bit more than I wanted to do. I'll use the Super as a baseline for next time.
