Got in last time around 14-15.

It gets to 12 and I'll get some more.

And $9.05 in October of 2008.

I don't know much about precious metals, but anything that goes from $9 to $46 and back to $17 within 6 years looks risky to me.

It bubbled right behind gold due to the investor/collector demand. Both were triggered by fears of inflation. The fears have calmed temporarily and prices have come down. Silver is also used in manufacturing/consumer products. I doubt it drops below 15, it seems to be dropping back down to pre-bubble prices. Another "financial diaster" and it will start climbing.
