    Create a photobucket account upload to their site and copy/paste the url at the bottom of the box it gives you. There may be an easier way.

    Go to tinypic.com
    Click "Choose File"
    Browse to the picture you want to upload.
    Click "Upload Now"
    Copy the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"
    Paste the link into SCDucks.
