It's better than that little 20 o/u. I behave like a gentleman while hunting anything other than doves. It's like eating shellfish, it's a race. Either you're in or out. To think I was going to shoot a s/s 16g Beretta...

My 16 and 12 are both 28" full.
A mod. 20 would be a nice addition!

I asked because I was having trouble in the wind yesterday on shots where they were 4 feet off the ground and smoking it in that wind we had. I just went and looked and the barrel is stamped CYL. No wonder everything that flew over died, but the birds low and away were escaping unharmed...

20 gauge M12 barrels are like virgins after prom night.

Best (most financially sound) way to go may be to send the barrel to Briley for threading. $219 , includes 3 choke tubes. Reasonable price for the quality work your M12 deserves...

Simmons, NuLine, Dave Riffle and all the usual M12 barrel sources have dried up..I will keep looking for you JAB.. May want to try a call to J&J Firearms in Webb City, NE. They had M12 barrels once upon a time.

The CYL .20 is too rare to rechoke. It may just take a lot of time to find one. I appreciate the heads up and your looking. I hope your first client this morning finds himself in desperate need of a trainload of cherries.

    Agreed.

Steve Barnett Guns in West Point , MS has a dandy Grade 4 M12 20.... for a mere $1795. 26" IC, VR, Engraved and damn nice.. that gets my vote..

Cherries ??? Mother Nature showed us who is in charge this season. Rain, high temps and wind have cut our production to a minimum. We are going to leave some fruit to dry up.. 90 degrees today. Increasing for the remainder of the week..Maybe 102+ by Thursday and Friday. We can't pick if it's over 90 ambient. The fruit is soft and pitting as I type this.

Fun times to be a gambler.

This would be a damned fine M12 to own.. Cheaper than some of the Browning M12 repros out there...
